Responsibilities of our Food Runners/To Go:

Deliver food promptly while ensuring each dish is accurate, properly presented, and served at the correct temperature.

Verify food orders before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Clearly communicate menu items, accompaniments, and special requests when delivering food to guests.

Prepare, organize, and package To-Go orders with accuracy, attention to detail, and presentation in mind.

Maintain communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to support smooth, efficient service.

Assist servers and other team members by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, refilling supplies, and supporting guest needs.

Maintain clean, organized service stations and complete opening, running, and closing side work.

Develop strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings to confidently assist guests.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.

Demonstrate professionalism, urgency, and teamwork throughout every shift.

Maintain performance standards and motivates team through positive role modeling

Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.

Able to report to work as scheduled, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
