• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or activities to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential disruptions within government facilities.
• Document all incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Work collaboratively with local staff and emergency responders as needed.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or security-related license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as condition of employment.
• Drug screening as condition of employment.
• State/local licensing requirements may apply before employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
