Be among the first 25 applicants. We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to join the Maximum Handyman Team as a remote/on‑the‑road craftsman and repairman for the largest and most respected company in the business.
About the RoleMaximum Handyman, LLC is a bonded, licensed, and insured small business headquartered in Maryland that has been offering full‑handyman, remodeling, maintenance, and repair services exclusively to the commercial sector since 2008. We specialize in high‑quality service for offices, retail establishments, restaurants, and other commercial facilities across the mid‑Atlantic region (PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV).
Responsibilities- Perform a broad range of repair and maintenance tasks on commercial properties, including asphalt and concrete repair, patching, brick/cinder block work, basic electrical work, laminate fabrication/repair, caulking, spackling, painting, grouting, tile work (ceramic, VCT, ceiling, etc.), commercial door hardware, framing, drywall, and light plumbing.
- Move, haul, and handle demolition, glasswork, pest control, and irrigation tasks as required.
- Operate a large service van safely and maintain it under company supervision.
- Use a smartphone for job paperwork and communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and vehicle at all times.
- Work independently and meet daily driving and on‑the‑road requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to operate a large service van.
- Clean criminal record and no substance abuse.
- At least 3 years of experience in multiple repair areas.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and professional appearance.
- Fluent in English and U.S. work authorization.
- Safety‑mindful: safety toe shoes mandatory and required PPE per task.
- Tech‑savvy with experience managing job paperwork on a smartphone.

- Type:
Full‑time - Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour to start.
Bi‑weekly pay. - Schedule:
Monday‑Friday (some weekends, nights, and overtime available). - Location:
On the road in a company vehicle across the mid‑Atlantic service area. - Evaluation: 90‑day evaluation period with potential pay increase based on performance.
