DAY IN THE LIFE

You can expect an average day to include:

• Arriving at the shop early to prepare for your team's success.
• Meeting with the Installation Manager to review the quality work completed the day before and understanding the scope of work for today's install.
• Arriving on time at the customer's home in your freshly washed installation truck and providing exceptional service.
• Receiving real-time coaching/support for whatever you need.
• Having parts/material delivered to you to keep your focus on the job.
• Collecting payment from the customer.
• Heading to the warehouse with the team to prepare for the next day’s install.

WHAT WE DO:

All residential HVAC, all day long. We handle gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right.

Customer service to us means caring enough for each person to present options for their home and family, giving them the power of choice.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices.
• Accurately diagnose problems of clients' HVAC systems.
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work.
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio.
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control.
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job.
• Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean inside and out.

JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technicians to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
