Birdi Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Installation Field Technician to support security system installations, programming, and service. This role is hands‑on in the field, working with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection Systems, and related infrastructure.

• Install, program, test, and maintain security systems, including Access Control panels, CCTV, IDS, video intercoms, and locking hardware.
• Troubleshoot and repair cameras, wiring, power, and network configurations using diagnostic tools.
• Perform cabling (copper and fiber), terminations, and IP/network setups for security devices.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, customer training, and respond to service tickets.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.

• 7+ years of experience in security system installation, service, and troubleshooting (Access Control & CCTV expertise required).
• Strong skills in wiring, terminations, programming, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with multimeters and IP camera/server configurations.
• Ability to work independently across multiple job sites.
• Clean driving record and eligibility for government badging.
• Degree a plus but not required.
• US Citizen.
