Job Requirements

We're seeking a Handyman with a strong work ethic, a professional demeanor, and well-rounded trade knowledge. From carpentry and tiling to drywall, painting, light plumbing, and electrical work, you should be comfortable taking on a wide variety of residential tasks.

Exceptional customer service skills are a must—you’ll interact daily with clients, fellow team members, and office staff. Clear communication and a courteous approach are key.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or Craftsman
• Home inspection or estimation experience is a strong plus
• Ability to perform light electrical and plumbing work
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Own a standard set of tools
• Own a reliable truck or van
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must pass a felony background check and drug screening
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 16 ft
