Crew Member – a direct report position requires transportation to Poplar Run in Silver Spring, MD. Works Monday‑Friday at 7 AM, with typical hours 40‑45 per week, may include some Saturdays in spring/summer.

• Perform landscape maintenance duties as directed by Field Managers.
• Operate various mowing and finishing equipment, perform labor functions, mulch, installation, etc.
• Work in a team environment.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Engage in appreciation and celebrate events.
• Perform other tasks assigned.
• Prior industry experience is not required.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation to Poplar Run, Silver Spring, MD.
