Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC), the property management company for Leisure World of Maryland a private, age-restricted community, seeks a full-time HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential and commercial customers of the LWMC community.
The ideal candidate will have a CFC Certification and/or license in refrigerant, transition, and recovery, a Maryland Journeyman HVAC license, and a current valid driver's license.
