Location: DMV Area (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia)
Type: Independent Contractor (Part-Time, Scalable to Full-Time Workload)
Compensation:$45–$50 per hour (based on experience and complexity)

Maxin Home is redefining how homeowners manage their systems. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician Contractor to support maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across our managed homes.

This role offers flexible scheduling with a clear path to consistent, full-time work volume.

Perform seasonal HVAC maintenance (tune-ups, inspections, filter changes)

Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems

Install HVAC components and systems when needed

Identify issues early and recommend preventative solutions

Optimize system performance and efficiency

Document work completed and provide service recommendations

Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience

3+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred)

Certification required

Strong diagnostic and repair skills

Own tools and reliable transportation

Professional communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage workload
