McQuaide Logistics is a family-owned Northeast regional carrier (PA, MD, NJ) seeking a Regional CDL Driver. We offer two paths: company drivers and owner-operators, with competitive revenue shares and strong home time.
Drivers are paid weekly, with company drivers earning 25–26.5% of truck revenue and owner-operators 75%. Expect Mondays–Fridays with weekends at home, newer Freightliner Cascadia tractors, on-site dispatch support, and a full benefits package with bonuses.
