We have a new practice opportunity for a fellowship‑trained breast surgeon to join our team in Kitsap County. This is an excellent leadership opportunity for a surgeon who is looking to work clinically and help build our center of excellence, with a goal of certification in 2027. The hospital is brand‑new, located in Silverdale, and includes a comprehensive cancer center with certified specialists.

• Breast Surgery Call, no General Surgery call required
• Mix of clinic, OR, and hospital rounding
• Weekly multidisciplinary tumor board
• Weekly multidisciplinary breast cancer clinic
• Dedicated breast health team for nonsurgical patients
• Breast radiologists with mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and core biopsies
• Access to partial and whole breast radiation
• Reconstructive service with full spectrum of patient choices
• Clinical research and trials available
• Epic EMR system

Compensation Range: $193.17 – $295.18 per hour. Starting salary guarantee followed by wRVU model.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience post‑fellowship preferred
• Medical degree
• Board certified
• Fellowship training with focus on breast surgery
• Unrestricted Washington State medical license
• DEA with full prescriptive authority

The position is located hael Medical Center in Kitsap County on a beautiful campus built in 2020. Surrounding views of the Olympic mountains and nearby walking and hiking trails make it an attractive location for outdoor enthusiasts. The facility’s new state‑of‑the‑art hospital includes a comprehensive cancer center and a range of medical services.
