Urology Physician

Join a dynamic and established medical facility in Silverdale, Washington, known for its commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This opportunity as a Urologist includes clinic work and on-call responsibilities for 3-6 months. The clinic environment is fast-paced, and you will work as the sole provider, making it crucial to have strong patient and customer service skills. A robotic surgical system is available for cases if required.

Your experience with a broad range of general urology cases will be key in this role.

• Provide general urology care in both clinic and hospital settings.
• Perform various procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, and ESWL.
• Manage approximately 20-25 patients per day and 20-30 surgeries per month.
• Participate in rounding and provide hospital call during clinic hours.
• Coordinate with support staff, including RNs and front office personnel.
• Maintain documentation and compliance within the EMR system (Epic).
• Work alongside a hospitalist team for admissions and consults.
• Be responsive to the fast-paced demands of the department.

• Board Certified in Urology (highly preferred) or Board Eligible.
• Active Washington State medical license or IMLC.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications required.
• Ability to commit to approximately 80% of the required shifts.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Clean malpractice history (highly preferred).
