** Compensation:** $47.39-$47.39hr + benefits

HMG is seeking a skilled and dependable Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Lead.
** Typical duties include but are not limited to:
** Perform ORC (Operator in Responsible Charge) duties and ensure regulatory compliance.

* Qualifications:

** Minimum 5 years' experience in Wastewater treatment. Knowledge of the methods, procedures, and equipment used in wastewater testing Ability to operate and repair wastewater treatment plant equipment.

Ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

* Physical Requirements:

** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.  May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
** Requirements:
** A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
