Property Manager

Our Property Managers are the protectors, problem-solvers, and steady hands of our organization. You’ll oversee tenant relationships, maintenance, compliance, and owner communications while ensuring every property is cared for — inside and out. This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong professionalism, emotional intelligence, and follow-through.

Your work directly protects homes, relationships, and people.

• Serve as the main contact for tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Manage maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and ensure quality.

• Ensure legal compliance with lease terms and state law.
• Provide owners with updates, recommendations, and peace of mind.

• Hybrid Location;
  Silverdale Office and homes all over the county
• 25-40 hours per week
• $22.00 to $26.00/HOUR depending on experience
