Job Details:

• Work night shifts Friday-Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Mix of 10-hour and 12-hour shifts available for both days and nights

• Schedule posted at least 2 weeks in advance

• Weekend requirements vary - some positions every weekend, others every other weekend

• Holiday work required if scheduled day falls on a holiday

• Optional call with 45-minute response time

• Perform all routine CT exams for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients

• Conduct cardiac CT, biopsy/drain procedures, and cryo/microwave ablations

• Must be able to perform trauma CT examinations

• Occasionally float to X-ray department for ED/inpatient/outpatient X-ray coverage

• Handle approximately 65-70 scans per day across 3 scanners in 24-hour period

• IV skills very helpful for working with outpatient procedures

• Work with EMR system EPIC and PACS system SECTRA

• Operate GE REV CT and GE REV HD scanners

• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT)

• Radiation badge required prior to starting assignment

• Any color scrubs acceptable as long as professional appearance

• Typically 3-day department orientation

• Unit manager will conduct phone interview

The facility provides acute care services and maintains modern equipment including GE REV CT and GE REV HD systems. The department handles a high volume of imaging studies and offers specialized procedures including cardiac CT and interventional services, supported by experienced imaging supervisors and modality lead technicians.
