• Previous caregiving experience or CNA certification preferred (but not required – we provide training)

• Check each resident routinely to ensure that personal care needs are being met in accordance with their wishes and care plan.
• Review task sheets daily to determine if changes in the resident daily care routine have been made in the care plan.
• Inform the Director of Nursing of any changes in the resident’s condition so that appropriate information can be entered on the resident’s care plan; immediately report all accidents, incidents, complaints and grievances made by the resident.
• Assist the resident with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and transporting residents to/from appointments.
• Ensure that the resident’s rooms are ready for receiving and make guests comfortable.
• Assist resident with necessary hygiene activities, including daily cleaning, bathing, dressing, nail care, helping to the bathroom, offering bedpans, keeping incontinent residents clean and dry, and helping residents brush their teeth.

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid CPR/First aid card
• Fingerprinting Clearance Card
• 1 year experience preferred

USD $19.00 – USD $23.50 per year.
