. Our physical therapists work side-by-side with orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, chiropractors, primary care sports medicine providers, PAs, and massage therapists in a fully integrated care model.
This is an outpatient sports and orthopedic role built around progressive, strength-based rehabilitation and return-to-performance outcomes —not volume-driven care.

About the RoleYou’ll work as a Physical Therapist in a true 1:1 outpatient sports and orthopedic setting in Silverdale
, treating patients from evaluation through return to performance. This role offers clinical autonomy, protected time for high-quality care, and support from a fully integrated sports medicine team focused on outcomes—not volume.
- Deliver true 1:1 patient care with no PTAs and no double-booking
- Evaluate, treat, and progress patients through sports and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Design and implement strength-based rehab and return-to-performance programs
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, chiropractors, and sports medicine providers
- Participate in structured mentorship, case review, and ongoing clinical development
- Document efficiently using modern systems that support high-quality care
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Interest in outpatient sports and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Strong clinical reasoning and comfort coaching movement and strength
- Collaborative mindset and desire to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Motivation to grow clinically and pursue leadership, mentorship, or program development opportunities over time
The pay range for this role is:
80, USD per year (Silverdale)
