Overview
IT and Maximo Support Specialist ation:
Silverdale, Washington (Bangor).
Type: Exempt.
Work Schedule: Full-time.
Compensation: $85,450.00 - $89,516.45 annually (Tessera's compensation strategy positions new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience).

Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day technical support to site users across IT hardware, networking, and core business systems, including Maximo, EZMAX, and Workday.
- Support Field Technicians by ensuring high availability and optimal performance of EZMAX on iPad devices.
- Work with the central IT team to ensure site network, applications, and devices are available, reliable, and secure for all site users.
- Assist with property accountability of issued and deployed IT assets.
- Support IBM Maximo mobility (EZMaxMobile) including device support and configuration, training, and ownership of reported issues; resolve directly or coordinate with the Maximo Programmer/Analyst team.
- Understand core IBM Maximo applications and provide support to mobile and desktop users; identify Tier 2 issues and escalate as needed; own status of reported issues until resolved.
- Understand IBM Maximo-based reports and MS Power BI development; collaborate with leaders to identify changes; build and maintain basic Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Develop and present training curricula tailored to specific software modules, product functions, and user needs.
- Leverage innovation and a comprehensive understanding of Tessera Business Systems to drive growth, operational efficiencies, and a better user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Three years of experience with the use and development of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / ERP software.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Information Technology.
- CompTIA A+ Certification required.
- IT/Network Certification preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Working knowledge of desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, operating systems, software and applications, email, security systems, printing and network connectivity in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Employees must have the ability to perform the listed physical demands for extended periods; accommodations may be provided as needed. Includes lifting up to 20 pounds and repetitive motion as part of the role.
Requirements- Valid state driver’s license with the ability to obtain and maintain Tessera’s insurance coverage.
- REAL
-compliant driver's license or acceptable alternative (e.g., U.S. passport or military ) for access to federal installations, as required by the REAL . - Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances; background check and E-Verify will be conducted.
