Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented Resource Library Technician to maintain and organize library materials and provide customer support within the Technical Reference Center (TRC) at Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor.

This role serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking reference materials, maps, and O&M manuals, ensuring resources are properly cataloged, accessible, and maintained. The Resource Library Technician will support both physical and digital collections while contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the TRC.
** Typical duties include but are not limited to:
** Acts as a first point of contact for customers seeking reference material, maps, Operation and Maintenance manuals, etc . contained within the Technical Reference Center (TRC). Presents in a professional manner with customer service skills.

* Qualifications:

** An equivalent combination of experience and education allowed. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with various customers.  The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and maintain accurate records is crucial.

* Physical Requirements:

** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.  May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
** Requirements:
** A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
