The Lockheed Martin Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program Program Planning and Documentation (PP&D) Department is searching for a Program Planning Associate Manager to join our Program and Production Planning Team located on Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor in Silverdale, Washington.
Areas of Responsibility- Program Planning:
Development and status of production plans and schedules - Program Planning:
Service Life Evaluation (SLE) and Age Management coordination and status - Program Planning:
Utilization of project management tools and methodologies - Program Planning:
Rate and capacity analysis - Program Planning:
Delivering weekly and monthly schedule metrics - Program Planning:
Independent assessment of LM-SWFPAC production activities - Production Planning:
Providing quality products required to meet all SWFPAC manufacturing and production processing - Production Planning:
Supporting Demand Management programming requirements, data system requirements development and implementation, problem resolution and processing improvements.
- Experience with production or planning within a production environment
- Experience presenting to higher level management
- Experience reviewing and interpreting software-generated plans/schedules (such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite – (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and behaviors that align with Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) imperatives
- US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
- Experience with Fleet Ballistic Missile Program
- In depth knowledge of root cause, corrective action and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in leading special projects
- Demonstrated problem and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated change management and delegation
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college, and 7 years professional production and/or planning experience, or Master’s degree and 5 years of professional production and/or planning experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation and written) leveraged to collaborate and communicate with Senior Leadership, industry peers, customers
- Experience critically assessing organizational performance, developing metrics, and taking corrective action as necessary
- Active Secret Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Pay and Benefits- Pay Rate: $95,000 – $167,440 annually (state-dependent)
