Tessera is seeking a Mechanic Supervisor with a professional and can-do attitude.

The Mechanical Supervisor ensures the smooth and efficient operation of buildings and systems within the contract. They are responsible for overseeing and directing the work of maintenance technicians and mechanics, ensuring the facility meets safety standards, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

** Typical duties include but are not limited to:
** Supervises the daily activities of the maintenance team, including scheduling and delegating tasks.

* Qualifications:

** 3-5 years of experience (Combination of experience and education will be considered) Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems. Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.  Frequently need to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
** Requirements:
