Offer:

Auto-offer based on clinical review; start date & RTO need manager approval Float Units: ICU, ED Boarders (in-patients only), Med Surg, Observation Ratios: ICU 1:1–1:2 | PCU/ED 1:3–4 | Med Surg 1:5–6 Certs

Required:

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, WA/Compact RN

Experience:

2+ yrs ICU; must handle Swans, IABP, Impella; able to float to Med Surg

Skills:

Drip titration (sedation, vasoactive, paralytics), tele strip reading Support:
Charge RN & aides on most units; full RT support

Schedule:

Set/flexible; every other weekend; holidays required; OT optional Call:
None Assignments:
Given 30–60 mins before shift Dress Code:
