Nursing Assistant — Impactful Care Demand

Encore Communities is seeking a Nursing Assistant in Silverdale, WA to deliver routine nursing care per the care plan and under supervision of the Director of Nursing. You will help with meals, assist with feeding, and monitor residents’ intake to report changes.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, bed transfers, and post-meal care while maintaining safety and dignity. CNA/HCA license and CPR/First Aid are required or preferred per policy.
