Full-time, PM Shift (10:30 AM – 7 PM)

• Serving Line:
  Set up, dish up, clean up; grills, steam tables, hot and cold boxes, sink, fryer.
• Vegetable Prep:
  Food service prep, pre-service set-up, re-supply, clean up.
• Beverage Bar Service:
  Pre-service set up, dish up, replenish beverage dispensers during meals.
• Dishwashing:
  Clean during and after meal service, carts, counters, tables, dishwashing machine.
• Pot & Pan Area:
  Clean before, during, and after meal service; pots, pans, utensils, racks.
• Dining Room:
  After meal clean up table service; condiments containers, napkin holders, tables.
• Deli Bar Service:
  Pre-service set up and clean up; salad bars, machines, ice, soda, juice.
• Speedline Service:
  Pre-service set up and clean up; grills, tables, fryer, steam tables, relish bar.
• Daily:
  Clean lavatories, restrooms, decks, office spaces, and floors using correct chemicals on all surfaces. Dust and wipe down fixtures, fill dispensers, empty trash containers, vacuum, and mop floors.

• 6 months of food service experience preferred.
• Current, valid Washington State Food Worker Card.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
• May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
• Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
• Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

• A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
