Retail Team Member

Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread. Since its acquisition of 47 Panera cafes in 2015, Flynn Panera has grown to become the second largest Panera franchisee worldwide, expanding by opening new stores and acquiring other franchise operators.

Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly locations that serve baked breads, pastries, made‑to‑order soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. Flynn Panera operates under a decentralized business model where each geographic area is led by a Market Leader. Area Directors manage multiple unit operators and are responsible for the overall functions of the cafes in their areas. General Managers oversee the day‑to‑day operations of each cafe, supported by Assistant Managers who manage departmental responsibilities and Team Managers who round out the cafe leadership.

As a Retail Team Member you will provide excellent customer service for our guests while ensuring a clean, fast, and friendly cafe environment. You will listen to guests’ needs and deliver accurate, fast service with a friendly smile.

• Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours in length.
• Must have the ability to safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds in weight.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
• Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.

Retail Team Member Compensation Range:
Minimum Wage up to $21
/hour; depending on location.
