We’re looking for pop culture enthusiasts to create an engaging shopping experience for our customers. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll contribute to our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and ensuring the store looks appealing, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.

Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.

Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.

Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.

Work with store management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.

Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Leader.

What You'll Need

Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!

Strong customer service and sales skills.

Minimum age of 16 years.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly pay ranges from $16.70 to $17.20. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
