About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Team Member for Hardware, a good knowledge of plumbing would also help you in this role. The role include one weekend day on a fixed roster. You’ll be on the shop floor helping customers, restocking shelves, and making sure our aisles are looking great and well-organized.

What You’ll Bring

• Retail, trade, or DIY experience (plumbing and/ or hardware knowledge preferred)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Great people skills – you’ll enjoy talking to customers
• Reliable and physically fit – there’s some lifting involved
• Team player mindset with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work weekends on a rostered basis

Your Day-to-Day

🔩 Helping shoppers find hardware items like Powertools, nuts and bolts, locks, plumbing items and more
📦 Restocking, cleaning, and maintaining tidy displays
🎯 Meeting daily tasks, team goals, and store standards
📣 Using radios to communicate with team members when extra help is needed
🛍️ Operating point of sale (as needed) and assisting other departments when required
