Showroom Team Member – Bathrooms & Kitchens | MEGA Silverdale

We’re looking for a customer-focused Showroom Team Member to join our Showrooms department, covering:
Bathrooms: basins, vanities, towel rails, mirrors,bathroom accessories and Kitchens: cabinets, appliances, benchtops,splashbacks, and tapware.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, explain product options, and help them make confident decisions—whether they’re renovating, building, or upgrading a single space.

This is a full-time, on-site retail role which includes 1 weekend day (Sunday preferred) suited to someone who enjoys consultative selling, product knowledge, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

• Retail or showroom experience in bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, or home improvement (preferred)
• Strong customer service skills with a helpful, solutions-focused approach
• Confidence discussing products, features, and price ranges
• Good attention to detail, including stock presentation and ticketing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Physical capability to assist with showroom stock and displays
• Ability to work set roster pattern (Sunday preferred)
• Local residency is essential — ideally within a 20–30km radius of the Silverdale store
• Assist customers with bathroom and kitchen product selections
• Explain features, benefits, and options across the showroom range
• Answer questions and make informed product recommendations
• Maintain showroom presentation, displays, and merchandising standards
• Support stock replenishment and general department upkeep
