Sales Associate – KITSAP MALL

Ben Bridge Jeweler, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway with over 110 years of heritage, operates 36 stores nationwide. We’re looking for a sales associate to help customers discover the artistry of fine jewelry and timepieces.

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Show deep product knowledge, presenting features and benefits of jewelry and watches.
• Maintain customer information on company technology platforms.
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry; consult on repairs and maintenance.
• Work independently or as part of a small, close‑knit team, creating unforgettable moments.

• Flexible with work schedule, including holidays.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of retail selling experience or 3+ years customer service experience with education.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Hourly rate $17.00 – $19.00 with monthly sales bonus based on individual performance and store results. Pay ranges may adjust for market conditions. Eligible for health and welfare benefits after 20 hours/week, plus sales bonus, monthly incentives and SPIFFs.
