Camping World is hiring an RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs while delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will lead demonstrations, handle presentations, and work with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.
Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions as you learn, with a choice after 30 days to stay on the hourly plan with commissions or move to a 100% commission plan. Earnings can reach $50,000–$150,000 annually.
