Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Welder, Maintenance.

The primary duties include heating and bending to form metal shapes, drilling, torch cutting, hammer forging, grinding, sawing, and fitting of metal parts. The Welder, Maintenance will also perform metal work and sheet metal work to buildings, structures, and facilities.

* Qualifications:

** Minimum 5 years' experience in welding similar vehicles and equipment required.

Ability to read,understand, and follow technical manuals to ensure proper diagnosis and repair.  Must be able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Mustpossessexcellent oral and written communication skills.

* Physical Requirements:

** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.  May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
** Requirements:
** A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
