Work Schedule:
Full-time. Compensation: $58.75 per hour.

Responsibilities- Install, diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems and components.
- Lead, train, and mentor HVAC technicians; assign tasks and review work.
- Ensure safety procedures and quality control standards are followed.
- Communicate with schedulers, coordinators, and customers regarding work status and repairs.
- Complete required documentation using handheld devices for timekeeping, materials, and reports.
- Assist with inspections and provide technical guidance and advanced troubleshooting.
- High school Diploma/GED required.
- 0–3 years of experience in HVAC.
- Current Washington Journeyman Refrigeration certification required.
- Must have civilian or military trade school training or equivalent.
- Must meet all requirements and perform all duties of HVAC I, II, and III positions and have a minimum of two years of applicable experience.
- Washington State EL-06A electrical license.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours.
- Standing or sitting for several hours, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may be required.
- Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.
- A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain Tessera’s insurance coverage.
- Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL
-compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative (e.g., U.S. passport or military ) in accordance with the REAL . - Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted.
