Tessera is seeking a dependable Maintenance Trades Helper (Electrical) to support electricians and skilled electrical staff. This role assists with basic tasks that contribute to safe and efficient electrical operations, including supplying tools and materials, preparing work areas, and assisting with maintenance and repair projects. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a team environment.

• Assist electricians by providing tools, equipment, and materials needed for electrical tasks.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain electrical work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Hold cables, conduit, fixtures, and tools for electricians during maintenance, installations and repairs.
• Pull wire, run conduit, and perform other supervised tasks in support of electrical projects.
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.
• Support troubleshooting activities by assisting electricians with testing and repair tasks.

• High school Diploma/GED is required.
• 0-3 years' experience in Electrical.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and components, familiarity with electrical tools and equipment (drills, conduit benders, multimeters, etc.).
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move electrical materials.
• Teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn the electrical trade.
• Ability to work in varying environments (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces).

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
• Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
• Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
