Work Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $27.35/hour

• Assist electricians by providing tools, equipment, and materials needed for electrical tasks.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain electrical work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Hold cables, conduit, fixtures, and tools for electricians during maintenance, installations and repairs.
• Pull wire, run conduit, and perform other supervised tasks in support of electrical projects.
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.
• Support troubleshooting activities by assisting electricians with testing and repair tasks.

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of experience in electrical work.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and components; familiarity with electrical tools and equipment (drills, conduit benders, multimeters, etc.).
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move electrical materials.
• Teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn the electrical trade.
• Ability to work in varying environments (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces).

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
• Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking; standing or sitting for extended periods; and climbing in and out of a vehicle, plus up and down stairs.
• Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.

• A valid state driver’s license is required; must maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
