Tessera is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Worker lll.

The General Maintenance Worker III (GM-3) performs skilled to highly skilled work in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, plumbing, electrical, structural, grounds, and equipment.
** Typical duties include but are not limited to:
** Responsible for a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, siding repairs/replacement, glass replacement in doors and windows, minor plumbing, masonry, concrete repairs, and minor electrical work. Clean roof drains and gutters.

* Qualifications:

** Minimum 3 years of closely related experience. Knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work preferred.  Ability to learn a wide variety of building and ground maintenance. Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time, occasionally in adverse weather conditions.

* Physical Requirements:

** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.  May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
** Requirements:
** A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
