Tessera is seeking a reliable Motor Pool Dispatcher to coordinate vehicle assignments and driver schedules in support of transportation services.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficient movement of freight and passengers by overseeing vehicle logistics, monitoring schedules, and maintaining accurate operational records. The Motor Pool Dispatcher plays a key part in delivering safe, timely, and customer-focused transportation services while supporting mission readiness.
** Typical duties include but are not limited to:
** Assigns motor vehicles and drivers for transporting freight or passengers based on trip length, purpose, user preferences, and specific freight or passenger requirements.

* Qualifications:

** 3 years' experience in a closely related field.

Proven experience in dispatching, transportation logistics, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle time-sensitive situations professionally.

** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.  May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
** Requirements:
** A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
