Tessera is seeking a skilled Tractor‑Trailer Driver to safely and efficiently operate combination vehicles with a gross weight of 26,001 pounds or more and towing capacity exceeding 10,000 pounds s role includes operating tractors with flatbed, lowboy, dry van, refrigerated, and heavy haul trailers to transport personnel and products both on public highways and within the military base. The Driver is expected to provide safe, timely, and courteous service while maintaining compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Operate heavy vehicles, including tractor/trailer combinations, for personnel and cargo transport.
• Deliver cargo and vehicles, including HAZMAT and oversized loads, ensuring proper load security.
• Perform pre‑trip inspections, preventive maintenance, and fueling of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and clear communication with customers.
• Support motor pool operations, including medium truck and bus driving as needed.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and professional appearance at all times.

• High school Diploma/GED required.
• CDL Class A required; HAZMAT and passenger endorsement preferred.
• TWIC preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Must possess a valid US Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s Identification Card.
• Must have current or be able to obtain Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Card) before hire.

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

• Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

• A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera's insurance.
