Compensation: $31.73/hr

Position: Medium Motor Vehicle Driver to support transportation services ponsible for the safe, timely, and professional operation of vehicles up to 4 tons to transport personnel, trainees, and cargo as assigned.
Responsibilities- Drive vehicles and equipment to transport trainees, government, and/or military personnel and cargo.
- Transport personnel and cargo from loading areas to training locations, job sites, or other destinations according to the schedule.
- Perform cargo delivery as assigned.
- Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and ensure it is fully operational before each shift.
- Clean the vehicle and service the vehicle with fuel; keep accurate trip logs.
- Perform vehicle licensing examiner functions as required.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 0-3 years of experience in operating a vehicle.
- Must possess a valid US Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s Identification Card.
- Must have current or be able to obtain Medical Examiner Certificate (DOT Card) before hire.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours.
- Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking; standing or sitting for several hours; climbing in and out of a vehicle and stairs.
- Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.
- A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain Tessera’s insurance.
- Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL
-compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative (e.g., U.S. passport or military ) per REAL . - Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access; background check and E-Verify will be conducted.
