So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?
- Supervises a standalone warehouse or a specific operational area of a Warehouse receiving, storage, or shipping.
- Is engaged in various warehousing functions such as receiving, storage, shipping, marking, identifying, segregating, palletizing, picking, loading, etc.
- Works under the general supervision of a designed supervisor who provides instructions as to procedures, priorities, and policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- May operate forklift capable of lifting up to 10,000 pounds as high as 168 inches to move load, or unload, transfer, transport, stack, or unstack palletized goods, boxes, crates, merchandise, materials, and supplies from one location to another.
- Eighteen months experience performing warehousing related duties such as receiving, storage, shipping, marking, identifying, segregating, palletizing, picking, loading, etc.
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Must have a driver’s license.

Eighteen months experience performing warehousing related duties such as receiving storage shipping marking identifying segregating palletizing picking loading etc.
SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOREXPERIENCE:
- One year of high school education may be substituted for 3 months of general experience up to a High School Diploma or GED for one year of general experience.
