Responsibilities

Maintain electrical and pneumatic power tools
Building maintenance
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs
Basic welding and fabricating
Forklift maintenance / minor repairs
Participate in and complete special projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications

Electrical and mechanical knowledge
Experience in facility maintenance a plus
Ability to prioritize projects
Ability to work independently
