As a Mortgage Loan Officer in our Elite Live Transfer Division, you will handle high‑quality, pre‑screened purchase leads delivered via live call transfer. Your mission is to close funded deals quickly, build realtor relationships, and maintain a pipeline of referrals. You will operate 7‑day‑a‑week with support for nights and weekends.

• Listen to live transfer calls and close funded deals with speed and precision.
• Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage process, from structuring to delivering confidence to clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with realtors and other referral partners.
• Operate consistently during nights and weekends; 7‑day support is provided.

• Proven experience closing live transfer calls; fluency in handling high‑stakes, real‑time conversations.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending and an end‑to‑end mortgage process.
