• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job. Driver positions are paid hourly at minimum wage (Southern Oregon wage: $14.70). Credit card tips, cash tips, and partial mileage reimbursement are paid at the end of each shift. Hourly pay via check or direct deposit bi-monthly.

All scheduled hours are based on availability and store needs. All positions are part-time unless stated otherwise. There is potential to move to full-time as hours and training allow.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to communicate and interact respectfully with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Eye-hand coordination for rapid and accurate movements; ability to enter orders using keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Ability to navigate diverse delivery sites while carrying product.

• Exposure to varying weather when delivering and performing outside tasks.
• Store temperatures can range from coolers around 36°F to hot areas at 90°F and above.
• Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust; cramped quarters in walk-in coolers; hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving parts.
• Delivery and in-store tasks may involve driving in varying conditions.

• Talking and hearing on the telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks; depth perception; differentiation of hot and cold surfaces; far and night vision for driving.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed standing; work surfaces typically 36"–48" high.
• Walking:
  Short-distance walking; delivery personnel travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork in an office setting.
• Lifting:
  Cases and supplies up to 50 pounds; up to 72" high shelving.
• Carrying:
  Various items including large cans and pizza dough trays; multiple items during delivery.
• Pushing/Climbing:
  Pushing trays on dollies; occasional stairs or ladders for prices, maintenance, or deliveries with potential multi-story routes.
• Stooping/Bending, Crouching/Squatting, Reaching:
  Various positions required during stocking, order assembly, and cleaning; some tasks require reaching above 72".
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within designated area; multiple deliveries per shift.
• Hand Tasks:
  Fine motor skills for dough shaping, using pizza cutter/peel, and handling boxes.
• Machines/Tools:
  Pencils, computers, calculators, phones, pizza cutter and peel.

• Deliver product by car to customer doors and distribute flyers/door hangers.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and the ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings are required.
