JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Delivery Expert you will provide excellent customer service, deliver orders, and help maintain store operations.
- Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
- Stock ingredients, prepare products, and maintain inventory.
- Receive and process telephone orders, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Clean equipment and keep the facility clean daily.
- Drive deliveries within the designated area, following navigation and safety protocols.
- Assist in other store functions when needed.
- Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
- Ability to read maps, navigate streets, and carry loads up to 50 lb.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Hourly pay: $14.70 (minimum wage).
- Cash and credit tips, mileage reimbursement.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance after 12 months of work and 32+ hrs/week.
- Paid time off and sick leave per OR state law.
HOURLY & BENEFITS
Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and who average at least 32 hours per week.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Exposure to varying weather while delivering.
- Work in temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F.
- Possibility of working at night or in adverse conditions.
- Will handle deliveries in multi‑story buildings.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Docile driving skills with vehicle safety awareness.
- Computer typing or touchscreen skills for order entry.
- Ability to navigate with a map or GPS device.
