Operations Manager

Bring your 6 years of experience to an Operations Manager role that rewards initiative and fresh thinking. The center of gravity here is ownership — $125,000 - $196,000 and an internship schedule orbit it, and 7 years gets you in the door.

• An impact-driven attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Inclusive problem-solving that doesn't wait for permission
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet
• Calm under the ownership-driven chaos a manager role tends to generate
• Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence
• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating

The mission-driven team behind Business Excellence Partners chose Simi Valley on purpose, betting that great general work doesn't need a coastal zip code. Transparency is a habit, so roadmaps, tradeoffs, and even mistakes get shared openly.

We deliver $125,000 - $196,000, comprehensive benefits, and a development culture where curiosity and delightfully-weird ambition are rewarded.

This role is in active recruitment, with a target start date just ahead.
