Candidate will provide technical support, engage in manufacturing processes, document approvals, training, and improvement projects. They should have process engineering experience in electronics manufacturing, strong knowledge of AS/ISO standards, and be able to travel regularly.

• Provide technical support via direct communication with sales and program management
• Provide all internal and external support for manufacturing
• Assist in resolving manufacturing issues as required
• Review and approve product documentation
• Prepare process documentation such as routers, work/process instructions
• Train manufacturing personnel as required for any outlined processes
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of revision‑controlled documents
• Comprehensive knowledge of BOM structure and change control processes
• Review and approve engineering change orders applicable to product line responsibilities
• Develop new processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Prioritize and develop projects based on critical needs
• Develop projects within allotted timelines and budget
• Assist in internal audit program for AS9100/ISO
  9001
• Other duties as assigned

• Degree in Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years experience in process engineering for an electronics company
• Experience in harness/cable manufacturing and assemblies
• Certifications such as IPC‑610/J‑STD‑001 preferred
• Solid understanding of AS/ISO standards preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within strict deadlines
• Preferred – bi‑lingual (English & Spanish)

Ability to travel on a regular basis within and outside of the country.
