Do you have a passion for helping people to look and feel their best? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team.

As an esthetician, you will introduce clients to a variety of skincare products and services and work with them to achieve their skin health goals. Clients will rely on you for skin care product recommendations and treatments, including facial massage and waxing.

Looking for an experienced licensed esthetician to add to our established and fast growing med-spa facility.

Need someone to work Saturdays and a couple of days a week.

Experience:

At least 2 years. Experience working in a medical spa or derm office.

• Experience with Hydra Facial and body contouring is a plus. Must have experience with chemical peels, acne treatment, facial waxing, anti-aging, and hyperpigmentation facials/treatments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients on different treatments, products, and membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures.
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, organized, punctual, work well with others.

Benefits:

-Hourly wage plus commission. Can make at least $30/hour+ plus + Tips

The med-spa already has an existing clientele that comes in regularly for facials and chemical peels. We are usually booked for at least 3 weeks in advance with no openings and therefore need to add another aesthetician to our staff. We have a great staff that has been with us for many years, and wonderful clients that love to come to our medspa for services from all over the Conejo and San Fernando Valley.

• Provide skin and body treatments including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, signature facials, skin tightening
• Advise clients on skin care options and best practices
• Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and develop rapport
• Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards

• Valid esthetician’s license
• Proven experience as an esthetician is preferred
• Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Oxygeneo or Hydrafacial is preferred
• Deep understanding of skin care techniques
• Deep understanding of skincare ingredients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of ethics
