Caregiver – Simi Valley, CA

SYNERGY Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for clients in Simi Valley and nearby areas. If you are an experienced caregiver who takes pride in helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home, we would love to hear from you.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you may assist clients with:

• Companionship and social engagement
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Walking, mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention support
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Transportation, errands, and appointments when needed
• Communicating changes or concerns to the office and family
• Following the client's individual care plan

• Must be able to reliably commute to Simi Valley
• Previous professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred
• Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred
• If not currently registered, must be eligible and willing to complete HCA registration and Live Scan requirements
• Current TB clearance, or ability to obtain
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance when required
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Experience with senior care, dementia or memory care, personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, or in-home caregiving is especially valuable.
• CNA, HHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus, but not required.
