The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,807 - $194,040+ bonus and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Sr. Oracle EPM Application Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and support of the Oracle Fusion EPM platform, with a mission to more effectively achieve both Business Units specific and enterprise objectives. The position will contribute to the evolution of the Digital Transformation initiative by actively collaborating with the Business Partners to determine the strategic direction for both BU specific and enterprise-wide solutions.

Within their assigned Business Partner/Business unit, acts as a conduit of information and becomes a BU subject matter expert, and creatively showcases the ‘art of possible’ for a company on the forefront of digital transformation.

• Partners with business units and ensures every business decision is seen from the lens of our customer. Collaborates with partner business units to reimagine how we can deliver the best processes possible using people, process, data, and technology
• Executes solutions that bring awareness to team members and customers on the value add of their relationship with Business partners
• Own and manage the Oracle Fusion EPM platform, including Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Allocations, Narrative Reporting, Profitability & Cost, and Data Management.
• Lead system architecture, integrations (EPM, ERP, and HR), automation, and platform optimization.
• Maintain strong system security, access controls, and compliance with DFARS, ITAR, CMMC, SOX, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Stay current on Oracle EPM technologies, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
• Build and maintain EPM reporting structures tailored to government contractor reporting needs, including bookings & backlog (funded vs. unfunded), program margins at contract/CLIN/task levels, indirect rate management, and working capital metrics.
• Support audit readiness with transparent workflows, reconciliations, and system logs for DCAA/DCMA, external auditors, and Audit Committee reviews.
• Acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for designated partner business units
• Attends designated partner BU meetings and shadows Team Members
• Documents the workflows and journeys on how Team Members conduct their day-to-day operations

• Explains a day-in-the-life for various roles within partner BU. Gains significant knowledge in subject matters pertaining to both technology and the business
• Serves as a “trusted advisor” to the BU and functions as a key point of contact for BU & DBT business stakeholders
• In conjunction with BU leadership establishes and maintains a three-year business and DBT solution road map to improve strategic planning
• Utilizes business analysis techniques and business cases to define high-level product features and desired service levels for existing and emerging IT offerings
• Focuses on business value to develop ideas, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity and business capability requirements
• Fosters creativity and innovation by staying abreast of industry and technology trends
• Conducts business process gap analysis to optimize business process towards digitalization and automation
• Analyzes business requirements, works with various business and DBT teams in identifying data elements and prepare detailed specifications from which programs are written
• Develops a deep knowledge of the business partner’s BU and builds positive relationship development, both horizontally and vertically
