Enterprise Applications Analyst

Summary

This role acts as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert for assigned business units, aligning business strategy with enterprise technology capabilities. The analyst supports the organization’s digital transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes, defining requirements, managing demand pipelines, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption of enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with BU leadership to develop and maintain multi‑year business and technology roadmaps.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications.
• Manage technology demand pipelines and assist in building business cases for initiatives.
• Partner with DBT, PMO, and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, enterprise‑aligned solutions.
• Identify process gaps and drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Experience as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) or Business Analyst (BA).
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise and SaaS systems such as Workday, Oracle (EBS/Cloud), Hyperion EPM/FCCS, Kronos, and Logic Gate.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, data integration, workflows, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
