• Safely deliver and pick up parts as directed by the Parts Manager
• Load and secure parts to prevent damage, especially sheet metal and other fragile items
• Organize and maintain an efficient delivery schedule, posting updates as needed
• Keep delivery vehicle clean, presentable, and in proper working condition; promptly report any issues to the Parts Manager
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parts department and storage areas
• Ensure all pickups and deliveries are verified with a purchase order on the invoice
• Maintain accurate and timely updates to the delivery log
• Perform other duties as needed to support the department
• Willing to help and support parts department employees during daily shipping and receiving process
